Strength and Stretch

Helping students to better understand their bodies’ strangth and ability, Strength and Stretch is a wonderful way for students to develop positive body awareness and improve fitness, strength and flexibility. Designed to assist Junior Ballet, Junior Moves and Dance Ensemble students, this class will be held by Miss Mia who has a background in Occupational Therapy and is a certified Progressing Ballet Technique teacher.
